
Now is the time to register for our annual meeting at the PNSE-2003, being held at the Valley Forge Convention Center, 1160 First Ave., King of Prussia, PA.
SOSSI REGISTRATION
Here is what you want to do. Contact Dave Cooper and advise him of the following by September 9.
- When you'll arrive
- What activities you plan to attend
- Where you will be staying (see hotel list in past Journals or below link)
- Names of guests that will be with you
Send him a check for $39.00 for the our Friday night dinner and fellowship. Advise what dinner entrees you want: chicken marsala, prime rib of beef or roasted flounder. Of course there will be a souvenir cover, Scout related cacheted covers and a Scout cancellation.

Friday, Sept. 19
11:00 AM - PNSE-2003 Opens. When you arrive,check in at the SOSSI table
3:00 PM - Leave for the World of Scouting Museum. We will have transportation.
4:00 PM - PNSE-2003 Closes.
6:00 PM - SOSSI reception at the Radisson (cash bar)
6:30 PM - SOSSI dinner with fellowship prevailing
Saturday, Sept 20
9:00 AM - SOSSI Board of Directors meeting. All SOSSI members and guests invited.
10:00 AM - PNSE-2003 Opens.
11:00 AM - General membership meeting
12:20 PM - A SOSSI presentation to Scouts regarding the merit badge requirements. (Time is tentative)
6:00 PM - PNSE-2003 Closes.
6:30 PM - PNSE reception followed by the awards dinner. Let's attend!
Sunday, Sept 21
10:00 AM - PNSE-2003 Opens.
4:00 PM - PNSE-2003 Closes.
