"P" Privates {IFSCO Class "E"}

Use of "P" or personalized stamps has become a popular way to commemorate a local Scout event or activity, but these are not official Scout issues by postal agencies or catalogued as Scout stamps.

BELGIUM

Scoutisme Pluraliste  - open scouting" in depicts Harold Parfitt, founder of the first scout troop in Brussels for  boys belonging to the British circles in this city, the first Scout emblem of the BSB (Boy Scouts Belgium).

CINDERELLAS {IFSCO Class "D"}

Cinderellas are "labels that are not issued by a federal government for the purpose of paying postage."  Many of these are privately printed or overprinted stamps by dealers, so they never had any postal value or use.  Their production and sale is banned by the U.P.U. and member states.
