75th Anniversary of Scouting

These stamps celebrate the 1982 National Scout Competition in 1982, in honor of the 75th year anniversary of Scouting.  The stamps depict four different Scottish Boy Scout Uniforms from the years 1908, 1910, 1929, and 1982.
