"Scout's meeting 1 January" slogan cancel with Bangkok GPO 29 DEC 1930 c.d.s. used locally on 2 satang postal stationery.  The known, surviving examples of this cancel are on cards with a printed message regarding selection to play in a R.B.S.C. Association Football game, (H&G#47).  This cancel is being added to the ArGe Pfadfinder catalogue.
