The United Kingdom had not issued a cancel since the Third World Jamboree at Arrowe Park.  Their second was for use at the Mount Edgcumbe Camp at Plymouth Devon.  This was the Southern Jamboree of a North - South pair.  The two cancels can be easily distinguished by the symbol separating the words "Mount Edgcumbe Camp" from "Plymouth Devon".
