Third National Camp of Estonian Scouts ("Paralepa Eesti Skautide III Suurlaager") held July 10-20, 1936.  The first card is properly franked with 5 senti, the domestic card rate, mailed to Tabirere.  The second card, mailed without postage to Sindi, was assessed a 3 times penalty; although there is no indication of payment.
