philatelic organization specializing in the collecting,
study, and enjoyment of stamps and other postal
items celebrating the Boy Scout and Girl Scout (Guide)
movements. We seek individuals from around the world with an interest in Scout philately, to join with us in conversing with each other to enrich the Scout Stamp hobby experience and to enhance the spirit of international good will that it inspires. |
