The Boy Scouts of America gave the Scouts On Stamps Society International (SOSSI), the approval for cachets to honor the 15th National Jamboree held in Fort A. P. Hill in Virginia in 2001.  Each cachet includes a commemorative cancel from the National Jamboree.
