INTERNET SCOUT PATCH
The U.S. Scouting Service Project encourages Scouts and Scouters from around the world to learn
about the Internet and how to use the Internet safely. Scouts and Scouters that have earned our
Internet Scout Patch may wear it proudly as a temporary patch on the Scout Uniform. Visit their

JOTA - JOTI CERTIFICATES
You can get your own JOTI participation certificate online. Visit

There is a JOTA / JOTI participation certificate issued to National Scout Organizations for their members. The Boy Scouts of America provides free cards by mail from the
International Division website.
JOTA - JOTI PATCHES
Although WOSM sponsors JOTI, there is no official patch issued. Many countries offer for sale JOTA participants patches. The Boy Scouts of America sells
JOTA - JOTI participant patches by mail from the
International Division website.
TECHNOLOGY AWARDS - CUB SCOUTS
Cub Scouts in the U.S. have several awards with technology requirements that could be satisfied by
participation in JOTI. Scout leaders in other countries are encouraged to look at similar
opportunities in your programs.
TECHNOLOGY AWARDS - BOY SCOUTS
U.S. Boy Scouts, Varsity Teams, and Venture Crew members may earn either the Computer Merit Badge or Radio Merit Badge.
TECHNOLOGY AWARDS - GIRL SCOUTS
