CHAD
Issue Date: Either late 1997 or early 1998
[Boy Scout] The six stamps are printed in 3 odd little minisheets of 6 stamps.  There is no marginal Scout inscription in the minisheets.  The layout is bizarre, which does create several different possible setenant combinations.  The layout gives you the possibility of four different setenant combinations on each sheetlet.  The stamps have actual Scouts and a large Chad Scout emblem in the center, in addition to butterflies, mushrooms and flowers.
Available: 6 values perf, imperfs, 3 perf compounds, 3 imperf compounds.

GUINEA
Issue Date: 1998 [Didn't appear until 1999]
[Boy Scouts] 9 different stamps for Events of the 20th century.  One value reproduces a Norman Rockwell Scout painting of a Boy Scout teaching a Cub Scout knots.  Mentions 1907 as the year the Scouting Movement began plus has Scout emblem.
Available: minisheet, reported deluxe souvenir sheets for Scout stamp only.

Issue Date: Early 1998.
[Boy Scouts] Design includes Animals/Scouts/19th World Jamboree.

CINDERELLAs

Cinderellas are "labels that are not issued by a federal government for the purpose of paying postage."  Many of these are privately printed or overprinted stamps by dealers, so they never had any postal value or use.  Their production and sale is banned by the U.P.U. and member states.
