Scout and Guide Charity Christmas Posts
Use of "P" or personalized stamps has become a popular way to commemorate a local Scout event or activity, but these are not official Scout issues by postal agencies or catalogued as Scout stamps.
Cinderellas are "labels that are not issued by a federal government for the purpose of paying postage." Many of these are privately printed or overprinted stamps by dealers, so they never had any postal value or use. Their production and sale is banned by the U.P.U. and member states.
These are stamps or labels that contain design features that could be easily mistaken as a Scout stamp.
