Scout and Guide Charity Christmas Posts
Use of "P" or personalized stamps has become a popular way to commemorate a local Scout event or activity, but these are not official Scout issues by postal agencies or catalogued as Scout stamps.
Cinderellas are "labels that are not issued by a federal government for the purpose of paying postage." Many of these are privately printed or overprinted stamps by dealers, so they never had any postal value or use. Their production and sale is banned by the U.P.U. and member states.

Belgica 2006: Youth & collecting. Issue Date: 16 November 2006. Set includes 5v of stamps: flowers, butterflies, comics, sport, and "Scoutism." The "scoutism" design depicts an illuminated tent at night - there are no connections to Scouting other than promoting camping.
NORTH KOREA
60TH Anniversary of the Foundation of the Korean Children's Union. 1v design included red neckerchief of the Young Pioneers.
SPAIN
100th Anniversary of Socialist Youths of Spain. 1v design shows outline profile of two young people and a red star.
UNITED KINGDOM
150th Anniversary of the Victoria Cross. Date of Issue: September 21, 2006. Design: 6v, One of the featured VC recipients is Scout Jack Cornwell. Boy Seaman First Class Jack Cornwell was 16 when he died at the Battle of Jutland on May 31, 1916. He remained at his gun turret even though he was fatally wounded. The Cornwell Decoration, struck in his honour, is awarded by Scouting organizations throughout the Commonwealth to youth members for fortitude in the face of severe adversity.
Royal Mail is producing a fully illustrated Prestige Stamp Book containing four stamp panes (sheets) as well as background information on the Victoria Cross and those who have received it. Only one pane will have Jack Cornwell stamp. Design by Atelier Works, issued by Royal Mail. Jack was not honored by his nation for his Scouting with this stamp, but for his bravery as a sailor. This will be a popular "Scouter" topical stamp for Commonwealth Scout Stamp collectors.
