Fight against illegal stamps SOSSI has joined with the Philatelic Webmasters Organization (PWO) and the World Association for the Development of Philately (WADP) in the Web League Against Illegal Stamps (WLAIS).  Our purpose is to provide Scout topical collectors the means to make an informed decision on stamp purchases.  Visit our special SOSSI Fakes & Forgeries section for more information.

All information, including assessment of the postal validity of any issue are the sole opinion of the SOSSI Webmaster based upon review of the World Association for the Development of Philately (WADP) Numbering System - (WNS), Universal Postal Union (UPU) Information Bulletins, official postal agency and dealer sales information and historic practices. It is ultimately the responsibility of the collector to decide what to add to their collection.

The International Federation of Scout and Guide Stamp Collecting Organizations (IFSCO) Classifications of Boy Scout & Girl Scout new postage stamps & postal stationery issues is provided for your reference.
